A friend of mine visiting from Singapore got me these crunchy puff pastry snack called OTap. This was my first time trying them and I loved them. This snack is I believe originated from a province in the Philippines called Cebu but are quite popular across Asia. They aren't packed with tonnes of sugar - just a light, sweet, very crunchy and very very addictive snack :).
