It's Wednesday already and I still have a lot of energy to take me through the remainder of the week. It's been intense with my mother's surgery while starting the the P90x and trying to make plans for the fall. Overall my mood is very positive and motivated and I really think it has a lot to do with (1) having an awesome boyfriend who tries to make me smile all the time and (2) how I started working out regularly.
The P90x will allow me to cross off Life List #24 and #32. It's a very intense workout but I'm motivated to continue with it and have found lots of support online [I even have a personal coach :)]. I'm taking it week by week for now since I'm a newbie at this fitness stuff. Whether or not I stay on the system, I know I want to stay active regularly because it feels really good!
Moral of the story: If you want to feel great, find love and workout regulary.
